SALON AND COVID-19 PROTOCOL POLICIES


TO OUR VALUED shyphenk CLIENTS:

WE HAVE CREATED NEW POLICIES AND PROTOCOLS TO KEEP OUR CLIENTS AND STAFF AS SAFE AS POSSIBLE. PLEASE REVIEW THEM BELOW. BY ENTERING OUR BUILDING, YOU WILL BE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING:


Clients

  • If you experience signs of illness, please rescheduled for 10+ days out, (subject to availability) stay home and get well!

  • We require all clients to wear masks at all times. Please wear one that goes around your ears so that your stylist has full access to your hair.

  • You will get advance notification if we are running late.

  • We have hand sanitizer for you as you enter the salon.

  • Cancelling/rescheduling less than 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of $45. The same will apply for no show appointments.

Staff

  • Our staff are required to wear masks at all times in the salon. However, the salon is a shared open space with other businesses that have their own policies.

  • Completion of two COVID-19 training certification.

  • Our staff will wash their hands before and after each client.

  • Each station will be sanitized after each client.
